Bathtub Diverter Repair
- A person or thing that diverts or is diverting; A valve used to change the flow of fluid through a system of pipes

Diagonal Diverter- Fused Grid
An adaptation of the Grid.
The grid survived as a foot and hoof network pattern without changes for about 4,000 years until the middle of the 20th century when the "horseless carriage" occupied the streets.
Adaptations to overcome the geometry's inherent unsuitability and prevent gridlock, accidents and noise came in quick succession: dividing lines, traffic signs and lights; raised medians; street widening,one-ways; and a panoply of traffic calming measures including diagonal diverters which disconnect the crid as the above. Closed to through traffic for exclusive pedestrian and bikes use is an attribute of the Fused Grid network (see Wikipedia) which combines car dominant and pedestrian dominant networks that interesect and overlap to increase the comfort and safety of pedestrians and drvers. As a side benefit comes planting that increases comfort and delight.
Diverter closed
The diverter closed. In theory, this prevents any lift at all and put all the engine's output into thrust. In practice, there was still a fair mount of lift and still not enough thrust.
